I laughed so much reading this article, so relatable. As a product manager who’s been responsible for hundreds of error messages over my career, I can admit that a lot of times we did not really think much about it. We’re just trying to fill an Excel sheet.
Probably one of my favorite essays I've read in recent times. One hears much incoherent angst about this issue, but this lays it out with clarity, hopefully the first step to better solutions.
